Biography

I am a second-year Rogers Scholar. In high school, I was a nationally accomplished participant in speech and debate activities and devoted much of my time to volunteer service projects for local youth, elderly men and women, and the poor in our communities. I have been a member of the University's Honors Program since entering the University as a freshman in the fall of 2003 and have been on the Dean's List throughout. I enjoy working with children; for the past three years I have volunteered weekly for the children's program at a local church. I have spent the last four summers at a summer camp, where I lead programs for 4th through 6th grade children and adults with special needs.

What advice would you give a prospective student?
