Why did you choose CSU Stanislaus?

I loved the location. I grew up 15 minutes south of the campus, so choosing CSU Stanislaus allowed me to be close enough to the campus that I could live at home. I think that I was immensely fortunate to have grown up in such close proximity to such a great campus.

I was influenced by two people: A teacher in high school who always encouraged me to make it to a four-year university. His name is Hector Bravo and I owe a lot to him. Another person who changed my life was a professor I had in Spain, Juan de la Cruz. He taught me to see the world in a new light, and for that , I will be eternally grateful.
