Career/Life Achievements
At CSU Stanislaus, I’ve worked as a telemarketer, supplemental instructor, resident advisor, founding father of a fraternity, elected Senator for Residential Life, elected twice as Student Body President, and once as the Vice Chair of state wide student government (California State Student Association). During my time in student government, I have fought for the rights of dorm students, overseen a functional merge between the Student Union and Associated Students Inc., created a new public relations department within student government, worked with other stakeholders on campus to create the new Campus Dialogue forum, and expanded cooperation between Athletics and ASI to create better awareness for Warrior Athletics.
Passions/Interests/Life Goals
Politics, reading, traveling, sports, and cooking. I want to one day attend law school and help under-represented communities in California.
I chose CSU Stanislaus because...
Primarily because at the time, the student housing facilities were exceptional. The small student-faculty ratio has helped me as a student grow in ways I could never have at a larger school.
Most memorable experience at CSU Stanislaus
The most memorable experience at CSU Stanislaus was in 2006 when the Warrior men’s soccer team beat CSU Humboldt in overtime and students charged the field.
