Teaching interests: applications of behavioral theory to family and educational problems; integration of behavior analysis with family systems and brief therapy approaches; training practitioners to work with children with special needs and their families; behavioral and clinical assessment.
Research interests: application of behavioral theory and research findings to a range of problems with children; variables impacting efficacy of early intervention with young children with developmental disabilities (e.g., autism); educational interventions with school age populations including those with reading and other educational difficulties; theoretical analysis of complex forms of stimulus control including language acquisition and social interactions
