Drupal is a web content management system (CMS) for the University website, which is a web-based system.
Request Wesbite Edits
If you're not looking for access but wish to request an update, please email webupdate@csustan.edu. Please include the URL to the page that needs edits and instructions on what needs to be updated.
Website Editing Access
If you currently have access to a specific department and require access to a different department, kindly email us at webupdate@csustan.edu indicating the department(s) to which you need access. Please inform us if you need to be removed from the previous department's website.
All new users must complete the following form. The form can only be accessed on campus or with a VPN connection. The form requires student employees to use their student email address and not a generic account. Any issues or questions about the security request form can be sent to vsalisbury@csustan.edu.
Complete the OIT Security Request Form
Training & Guide
Email webupdate@csustan.edu to set up training to edit your department website once the OIT Security Request has cleared.
Please refer to this guide before you start making edits. Remember this is a working document (it cannot be downloaded); we will add updates and videos here as they are completed. We strongly recommend you bookmark it.
