Concert Chorale is a select, advanced choir of 70-80 singers, primarily composed of undergraduate students. This ensemble presents 4-5 concerts throughout the year and often combines with the CSUS instrumental ensembles to perform major works. Concert Chorale performs a variety of repertoire, from Sacred to Secular, from Renaissance to 20th Century, from folk songs to opera choruses. All vocal performance majors and music education majors (choral emphasis) must enroll in Concert Chorale as their primary performing ensemble. Tours and off-campus performances are frequently part of the ensembles calendar.
