Articulation

What is Articulation?

Articulation at CSU Stanislaus is a process that involves communication with other institutions to ensure courses are appropriately accounted for when a student transfers either to or from CSU Stanislaus.  The online Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) on Articulation answers basic questions about curricular articulation.
More information about articulation may be found on the Enrollment Services Webpage.

Liberal Studies Subject Matter Articulation

The Liberal Studies Major has more than sixty units articulated with our four local community colleges: Columbia College, Merced College, Modesto Junior College and San Joaquin Delta College.

Lower Division Articulation

Approved course articulation agreements that indicate those courses that are comparable to lower division preparation courses for major programs appear on the Articulation System Stimulating Interinstitutional Student Transfer program (ASSIST) and the California Articulation Number System (CAN).  Please consult our University Catalog for more information or email the Curricular Articulation Office.
