For all data requests, please navigate through the Institutional Research website first. If you are unable to find the data you are looking for, please fill out the Data Request Form.
To request data:
Please complete the Data Request Form and submit one of the following ways:
- Email the completed form to the Office of Institutional Research by clicking the Submit by Email button on the form.
- Fax the completed form to 209-664-6536.
- Print and send the hardcopy to:

Requests will generally be answered in one week depending on complexity. In many cases someone in our office will contact you to discuss your request in more detail. In order to meet your data request needs in timely manner please give us as much notice as possible when requesting data. In some instances a request may take longer than others depending upon the nature of the information requested. Student data are protected by Family Educational Rights & Privacy Act (FERPA). The Office of Institutional Research is required to comply with Federal, Stat and University guidelines for confidentiality and release of faculty, staff and student information and must decline any data requests that are in violation of these guidelines. As the requestor you are required to do the following:
- Handle any information obtained through a data request in a confidential manner, securing it at all times.
- Use this information only for its intended purpose.
- Communicate this information only to the authorized parties keeping in accordance with the provisions of FERPA.
- Properly dispose of this information when it is no longer needed.
