The Office of Institutional Research (IR) at CSU Stanislaus is the central repository for student information. This includes, but is not limited to, applicants, enrollments, degrees awarded, grades, entrance exam scores, demographics, and courses. IR serves the university community, as well as academic and administrative units by providing accurate, relevant, and timely information in support of institutional effectiveness, decision making, and planning. IR also responds to external data requests, fulfills federal and state enrollment reporting requirements, and coordinates and analyzes institutional survey research.
Data compiled by IR are available by accessing the links listed on this page.
IR administered its annual Point-of-Service Survey in spring 2012, with the goal of gathering feedback from clients regarding their level of satisfaction with a full range of IR products and services. Please click the following link to download the full report:

The IR Annual Report is an annual report that highlights the activities and accomplishments of IR within the 2011-12 college year, followed by an analysis of internal activities required to establish, maintain, and guide the office as well as to support leadership of the university. We should note that many of the activities and accomplishments reported for IR were, in fact, undertaken collaboratively, involving staff in various departments and divisions across campus.
