The rates for campus housing are broken into 6 different contract terms. All rates include rent, meal plan, utilities, premium cable TV, laundry services, and resident programs and events.
Within each contract term is an associated payment schedule by room type. You may view floor plans for each room type on the housing website.
Housing payments are due the 1st of each month and are considered late if not received by the 10th of the month. A $10 per month late fee will be applied for payments processed after the 10th.
The most common resident contract is the Academic Year contract which cover Fall, Interession and Spring terms. Move-In for this contract is August 18, 2013 with move out on May 25, 2014.
