Subject to space availability Housing and Residential Life places International students in our upperclass housing apartments. The apartments are all single room occupancy with a total of four students housed in each apartment.

Each room comes equipped with the following furniture and amenities:

  • Mattress and bed frame
  • Mattress pad
  • Desk
  • Closet
  • Drawer set
  • Chair
  • Expanded basic cable TV
  • Hi-speed internet
  • Phone hook-up (connection/service fees apply)
  • Emergency 9-1-1 phone line capable of calling on-campus phone numbers
  • Air conditioning/heating
  • Micro-fridge or full kitchen (fridge, stove, dishwasher, sink)
  • Smoke detector
  • Wall-to-wall carpeting
  • Overhead light
  • Restricted key entry (key will only work on assigned room)
  • Window with blinds
