Temporary Pool applications are considered active for 6 months or until you fill an emergency hire appointment. It is the applicant’s responsibility to keep their application current and resubmit a new application after such time has elapsed or after you have completed an assignment.

Yes. It is the applicant’s responsibility to apply for each job they are interested in. Please be sure to indicate the job number on each application.

You will be notified of the status of your application by completing the Applicant Notification Form as part of your application packet. Applicants interviewed and not selected for a position will receive a letter of notification to that effect. You may call 209/667-3351 with the job number and position title to ask about the status of a particular recruitment. Please note that screening of applications by the search committee typically takes three weeks following the application deadline.
