- Identify Yourself as an employee or family member of an employee at
- Cal State University, Stanislaus
EAP Plan #5028 On the Internet:Go to the MHN Member Services website and click the Register button
- to gain access to specific plan info and get authorization for services.
- The registration requires an access code which is “csustanislaus” all one word, all lower case.

- stress/emotional distress
- workplace problems
- alcohol/chemical dependency
Telephone Consultations for life management issues such as
- financial concerns
- finding child care providers
- elder care needs and concerns
- tax issues
- legal advice
- organizing personal affairs
- pre-retirement considerations
