Hi. My name is Wendy Miller, and I am the Faculty Affairs Specialist who provides administrative support for all full-time (tenured and tenure-track) faculty, coaches, counselors, and librarians. I also provide staff support to the University RPT Committee. Hello! My name is Toni Martinez, and I am the coordinator for part-time faculty employment, for the Office Faculty Affairs. I manage the hiring for all part-time faculty appointments covered under Unit 3 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement, as well as all academic student employees covered under Unit 11 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement, which includes Teaching Associates (TA), Graduate Assistants (GA), and Instructional Student Assistants (ISA). I also coordinate the collection of the faculty workload data. Hello. My name is Marie Hirschkorn and I am the Technical Analyst serving the Office of Faculty Affairs. My core responsibilities include support of the Faculty Affairs staff in the use of the PeopleSoft Human Resources application; implementation of PeopleSoft application modules related to Faculty Affairs, Human Resources and Payroll processing; ad hoc reporting; and assistance with Faculty Workload Processing, Reports or information and APDB reporting. Hi, my name is Emy Barsley and I provide support to the Office of Faculty Affairs. I also assist in the hiring process for full and part-time faculty, as well as student employees covered by the Unit 11 Collective Bargaining Agreement (R11).
