The Science I Building The Science I Building is a two-story concrete structure of approximately 25,000 square feet per floor. Built as a wet lab science building in 1972, this facility has developed many7 seismic deficiencies throughout the years. This project will repair the existing seismic deficiencies and renovate the interior space for use as a faculty office/classroom facility. Construction is estimated to be completed in November 2013.
