Mission
The mission of Enrollment Services is to facilitate student progression to degree completion by providing support in admissions, evaluations, records and registration.
Who we are
Enrollment Services is the objective enforcer of university policies. We are:
- Admissions – we are responsible for the receipt and coordination of admission related documents
- Evaluations – we determine eligibility to the university and confer degrees
- Records – we are the official keeper of student academic records
- Registration – we coordinate and implement academic policies and procedures

Registration Dates:
- Priority Registration: May 2 - 16
- 1st Pass Registration: May 2 - 16 (up to 10 units)
- 2nd Pass Registration: May 17 - July 30 (up to 15 units)
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING REGISTRATION FOR FALL 2012
Priority Registration notices were emailed on Thursday, April 19, 2012. Priority Registration will commence on Monday, May 7th through Wednesday, May 16th. Open registration will be available beginning May 17th.
The University recently adopted a “two-pass registration”: 1st Pass—priority registration, 2nd Pass—open registration. The 1st pass, during the priority registration period, will permit students to register up to 10 units online with no wait-listing. The 2nd pass, during the open registration period, will permit students to register up to 15 units.
