How to Calculate Pro-Rated Refund:

  1. Count the number of days from first day of term to actual withdrawal date.
  2. Divide the number of days in the term and multiply it by the actual fees paid to get your prorated fee.
  3. Subtract pro-rated fee from actual fees paid. This will be your refund, minus an administrative charge.
