The Mathematics Department is still accepting applications for HiMAP, a tutoring academy in mathematics and science for students in grades 6-12 that started September 24 and continues through the school year.

The fee is $60 a semester per student and includes a HiMAP T-shirt. Children from the University region, including those of CSU Stanislaus employees, are eligible to participate. Application packets are available online at www.csustan.edu/math/MAP/HiMAP-Home.html and also can be mailed by contacting Rita Glynn at RGlynn@csustan.edu. Students are coached in mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, general science, and computers during the Wednesday after-school sessions.
