- Please do not e-mail job postings. Outdated forms will not be accepted and will delay paperwork processing. Visit our Forms and Publications page to download the most current forms.
- The completed Student Employment Services Form 101 (pdf) is to be sent via campus mail or hand-delivered to the Career Services Center, where the job will be posted online (via CareerTRAK) and in the On-Campus job binder. Unit 11 jobs will be posted on the Career Services Center Unit 11 website and in the binder.
- Please instruct your student applicants to complete an application for the job. Human Resources has an approved job application form online for recruiting purposes. Please consult with the Human Resources office if you wish to develop your own application. Students applying for jobs under Unit 11 should complete the application form Unit 11 Application Form (pdf)
- Call Christine Hollister, Director of the Career Services Center / Student Employment Services (667-3073 direct or 667-3661) if you have questions about the hiring process or the mandatory posting period. The job announcement must be posted for a minimum of five working days before the final selection process may begin in the hiring area.
- Call the office of Dr. Ted Wendt, Associate Vice President for Faculty Affairs (667-3392) if you have questions about whether your student assistant position qualifies as an instructional support position covered by Unit 11. If it does, the hiring area must use Form 105-Unit11, which is currently available in the Career Services Center only.
- Please consult the Student Employment Services Policies as a guideline for determining the appropriate classification level and pay range for your student assistant position.
- Please consult the Required Forms section of the Student Employment Services Policies to ensure that all paperwork necessary to complete the process are included.
