- Navigate to the course to be archived.
- In the Course Options section of the Control Panel, select the Archive Course link. Then click Archive in the upper left corner of the Export/Archive Manager toolbar.
- Click the Submit button and you will get the following message: This action has been successfully queued. An email will be sent when the process is complete.
- Click OK and return to the Control Panel. When you have been notified this process was completed, click Archive Course to see the zip file link that was created.
- Control/right click the zip file link, select Save As (or similar wording), and save this file to a folder of your choice on your computer.
- The Remove button on the right side of the screen by the zip file link lets you delete this archive from the Bb server. Remove a file only after you saved the zip file to your computer.
