  91: The online housing application is available starting on Wednesday, April 1, 2008. You simply log onto the application website and select your preferred summer term. Room placements, as well as roommate requests are based on your date of deposit, so the sooner you fully complete the application process the better. Prior
  92: <p>To complete the application you&rsquo;ll need to have a couple of things handy as you go through the process. These include:</p>

  94:   <li>Campus email address and password &ndash; This will be used to log onto the online application portal. <em>Don&rsquo;t know it? You can access <a href="http://www.csustan.edu/currentstudents/">http://www.csustan.edu/currentstudents/</a> to find out your email address.</em></li>
  95:   <li>Debit card/credit card &ndash; This will be used to pay your $175 deposit at the end of the application process.</li>
  96:   <li>Roommate Add &ndash; If you plan to ask for a specific person(s) for a roommate you will need to know their first and last name, as well as their date of birth (DD/MM/YYYY). We can&rsquo;t guarantee you&rsquo;ll be placed with the person, but providing ALL the requested information definitely helps. </li>
  97:   <li>Health insurance information </li>
  98:   <li>Contact information for your financial guarantor/co-signer if you are under 24 years old &ndash; This person will share equal financial responsibility for the cost of your housing. You&rsquo;ll need to provide basic contact information including: first &amp; last name, address, phone number, etc. </li>

 100: <p>The Guarantor/Co-Signer will need to complete and sign the <a href="pdfs/08.guarantor_cosigner.pdf">Financial Guarantor/Co-Signer Form</a> and return it to the Housing Office. The form is available as a PDF document on the <a href="Forms_Publications.php">Forms, Publications and Useful Web Links</a> website. </p>
 101: <p>The housing application will automatically direct to you the application appropriate to your class standing. For example, if you are a first-time freshman with no units you will be placed in the application process for Freshman Housing. If you are a transfer or continuing student with completed units recorded with CSU Stanislaus you will be directed into the Upperclass application process.</p>
 102: <p>The following tables summarize the steps you&rsquo;ll go through once you are in the application portal. Each step is clearly labeled and easy to follow. In fact, you can interrupt the process, say for dinner, and then check back in a couple of hours later to complete your application.</p>
