Barnes & Noble College Booksellers, CSU Stanislaus Auxiliary & Business Services (ABS) annually makes a donation for scholarship for employees. Each award of up to $200 will apply to textbook purchases at the campus bookstore only.

Permanent employees enrolled as students at CSU Stanislaus (including University Extended Education academic courses) who have a minimum grade point average of 2.5 under undergraduate-level, and 3.0 graduate-level studies are eligible to apply for the award. Employee definition excludesthose eligible to be members of Faculty Senate and students who are employed through work study or the Student Assistant program. Consideration will be given on the basis of academic scholarship, career development program, financial need, and job-related objectives.

The Book Scholarship Award is provided in the form of a Barnes & Noble gift card redeemable at the Campus Bookstore.

Fifteen scholarship awards for 2012 were made in the Fall Semester.  No further awards are available for the Spring Semester 2013.

For Fall 2013, completed applications are to be submitted to the office of the Associate Vice President of Auxiliary Services (MSR 290) no later than 4:00 p.m. on August 2, 2013. Scholarship awards will be announced by August 9, 2013.
